African Port Assets (APA) is the promoter developer of the Calabar Economic City. working in partnership with the Government of Cross River State.  APA is a company registered in the Isle of Man, and is owned by its Management Team.

APA is incorporating a local Nigerian company, Calabar Logistics Limited, to be the Project Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the Project.

APA have assembled a multi skilled international team, who have been working together on the preliminary design of the projects for several years.
