Gateway to the South South

Calabar Economic City has been conceived as a fully integrated industrial manufacturing cluster, providing everything required by manufacturing companies wishing to set up manufacturing facilities in Nigeria.

Space

The Calabar Economic City (CEC) has space,  plenty of it.  Located on the Ekorinim Peninsular, it has a gross area of 350 hectares.

Industrial Areas

CEC has some 120 hectares of industrial space, divided into individual plots from 1 hectare to 20 hectares.  Each plot will be fully serviced with approach roads, and full services of power, potable water and waste management.

Multi User Port

The CEC will have its own port, with an initial quay length of 400 m.  Designed to handle both break bulk and container cargoes, it will also handle abnormal loads.

Accommodation

CEC is designed to be totally self sufficient in a range of housing, which will include leisure, medical and educational facilities.  It designed to provide all the types of accommodation that an inward investor would require for its staff, being long term assignments to overnight stays.
